Deposit Details:
  • ā€‹Reservation Nonrefundable Deposit: 200 or 30%. Deposits are due upon booking. If deposit is not received in 24hrs your event will be cancelled. We come rain or shine and do not cancel. 
  • Reservation deposit will not be returned if event is cancelled.  Deposit is valid 3 months to date to reschedule. If inclement weather after we arrive prevents us from continuing, the event is considered complete.
  • Reschedule fee- if your party is cancelled during our travel to your event a 100-300 fee will be charged to rebook your event. Return check fee of 35.00 for insufficient funds.5% fee for credit cards processed over 300.00.
