📋Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Minimum Deposit Required

Deposit Details

We require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card.
If you are making the reservation more than 4 weeks in advance,
we can accept a personal check or money order for the deposit.
Checks cannot be used as a form of payment at the lodge, only for a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your deposit less 15% of your deposit so long as you cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel up to 4 days prior to arrival, then you will be refunded your deposit less 30%
