Rental reservations accepted one year in advance.
Four-hour minimum rental required. Set-up and clean-up must be included in your rental time frame.
Dancing not permitted.
Rental balance is due 10 days prior to event.
To receive a full refund of the deposit, you are responsible for clean-up of facility within the rental time frame.
Additional deposit and permission required for taco caterers
Rental includes use of rectangular and/or round tables and chairs.
The Whittier Depot is a designated historical building; no cooking or open flame allowed inside the facility
