The Y is a non-profit charitable organization with a mission reflecting its rich heritage that reaches back to 1844 when the YMCA was founded. The facility is approximately 18,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest cardiovascular and strength training equipment. A strength training center, indoor heated pool, three group exercise rooms and a "drop in" child care center are just some of the things here for you at East Valley. In addition, we operate 2 locations in Studio City and Toluca Lake for after school child care.
