Deposit Details

The Parish requires a security deposit and a completed Rental Request/Agreement form to hold the rental space and date.
The Rental Manager informs Renter(s) of the security deposit amount due, which is payable by check to “Parish of St. Michael”.

Cancellation Policy

If an event is cancelled 4-8 weeks prior to the event date, 50% (half) of the deposit will be returned.
