A payment of 50% of the Pierce House rental fee is required along with the signed contract and addendum in order to secure the date.
Six (6) months prior to the event date the balance of the rental fee plus the Police detail fee is due.
Ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled event date the $500 refundable Security Deposit is due.
