The perfect event-scape to gather for 20 to 220 people within 5000 square feet.
Rentals during the day are typically 12-4p (4 hours) and evenings run from 6:30-11:30 or 7-12 (5 hours). Youth parties have shorter and earlier start times.
Meetings range from a few hours to the entire day depending on the needs of the client.
Included in the pricing is a guaranteed two-hour block for setup prior to your start time.
For some occasions such as Christenings and Communions, you may request, and we may be able to meet that request, to let you in to decorate early before going to the church and then returning later.
We are a busy function hall with as many as five events per weekend hence the 4- and 5-hour blocks.
When the party is over, you must clear the tables, take down decorations and place the trash bags, which we provide, in the dumpster on the side of building.
We access a charge if you leave the trash in the hall!
We are an entire NO SMOKING facility and ash containers are located outside of the hall entrance.
Rental fees vary depending on the day of the week and the time of day.
There are rates for Weekdays (lowest), Friday (low), Saturday daytime and Sunday (more expensive), Saturday night (highest rate) and Weddings (above the Saturday night rate).
