A Great Place For Special Occasions Or Meetings. The Battery Park City Parks Conservancy is a private not-for-profit corporation that manages, maintains, operates the parks of Battery Park City.

- The entrance is at street level, next to Le Pain Quotidian. The Battery Park City Parks offers a flexible community space for rent to host children’s and teen’s birthday parties, private events, business meetings and training seminars, lectures, family gatherings, club meetings, performance rehearsals and other occasions for up to 200 people.
- This spacious venue (2000 sq. ft.), is a flexible space with street level access and over 350 square feet of windows that provide natural light and views of Nelson A. Rockefeller Park and the Hudson River. The wheelchair accessible space has attractive restrooms as well as furniture for adults and children.
