Jam Dance and Fitness Center is committed to offering quality dance education to children and adults all across Long Island
Jam prides itself on the ability to balance learning the proper dance techniques within a fun-filled atmosphere.
Our competition season begins in September and runs through until July, ending with a national competition.
We also pride ourselves in our Pre-Competition groups that perform with the JAM Dancers at local Festivals, Fairs & Spring Performances.
