Length : Parties are 1.5 hours long (1 hour in gym, 1/2 hour in party area)
Deposit Info : A $500 deposit will be charged at time of reservation. In order to allow for flexibility during this time, the deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the party more than 4 weeks prior to the party date. If you cancel or reschedule within 4 weeks of the party date, we will happily reschedule your party, but the $500 deposit credit must be used towards a party at NYC Elite.
Party Size : The maximum number of children for your party is set by the party size that you booked. If you need to change your party size, please reach out and let us know. The number of children for your party includes the birthday child.
XS Party : up to 10 children
S Party : up to 19 children
M Party : up to 28 children
L Party : up to 37 children
Cost : The balance will be charged on the day of the party. The price is the same no matter how many children attend (under the allotted children maximum, including birthday child). Any birthday child beyond the first birthday child will be charged $50, only exception twins. NYC Elite will provide your party with paper goods (tablecloths, plates, napkins, utensils, etc). You will be responsible for any food, drinks, cake, and party favors. There may be other classes/students in the gym during your party, but they will be in a different area than your group and will be following all social distancing and safety procedures.
