We have folding 8ft tables with banquet chairs to accommodate approximately 60 seated attendees. Our charge is $395 for 4 hours with an additional 1 hour for setup and breakdown.
There is a $125 refundable deposit if the facility is left clean and in good order.
Our insurance coverage allows no alcoholic beverages.
The event may not exceed 10pm at night.
We prefer to have the renting party visit our facility before agreeing to rent.
We want everyone to be pleased who temporarily rents our facility.
The seating area is approximately 1600 square feet.
We prefer that the party has no more than 60 people. Our facility is allowed 97 people.
There is our pool table which reduces the comfortable attendance quantity.
The seating area can be closed off to quadrants as needed.
