Use of the indoor space, restrooms, kitchen, and chairs and folding tables.
You may also use the stage, podium, screen, and piano.
We do not provide set-up, clean-up, or catering services.
The LVCH can be rented between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
The maximum capacity of the LVCH as set by the Arlington County Fire Marshal is:
Chairs only – 200 people
Tables and Chairs – 100 people
Please bring your own cleaning supplies (all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, stainless steel cleaner, paper towels, sponge).
If you are serving food, you will need to bring your own table linens, cooking and serving utensils, dishes/cups/cutlery, napkins, etc.
We only provide tables and chairs.
