Deposit Policy: Minimum Deposit Required

Deposit Details:

We require a deposit (1/2 of required party minimum) to reserve your requested date (applied to your final payment).
Final payment and guest count is due 2 weeks prior to your event, 3 weeks for groups of 15+.
Hosts are responsible for collecting funds from guests for the event final payment.
A 10% inconvenience fee will be issued to late payments. We reserve the right to cancel your event if Final payment is not received by the payment deadline. Your deposit will be refunded if you provide cancellation notice 3 weeks before your party.

Cancellation Note: Any cancellations occurring less than 3 weeks of the party will be issued a credit to use at a later date within one year of your original event date. No credits or refunds will be issued to cancellations occurring less than 7 days of your scheduled party
