A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of registration.
This will be drafted from the card on file within 48 hours of registration.
The remaining balance will be drafted, or needs to be paid by cash/check at least 48 hours prior to the party date/time.
If payment is not made in full by this time, Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy has the right to cancel your party reservation with no refund of the deposit.
